Hi,

This error means that you do not have an icon defined in your application. To resolve, add a 72x72 PNG icon file in the "Settings" section of your application, then compile it again

We think the problem is that you were running out of SPIFFS space. MP3 files may take up so much space and therefore there was not enough space to save the new watch settings file in JSON format. The new firmware is a bit larger than previous one and this could cause the problem of SPIFFS not enough...
