Which TWatch version do you have? For the moment we only support the V1

Sometimes the access to SPIFFS card is slow. If you watch does not respond please press the power button for 10 seconds to turn it off and the press again for 2 seconds to turn it on.

We deactivate versions V2 and V3 until new advice. This is because the last update of the LilyGO SDK changed the boards versions and there are new "revisions" (T-Watch Base, T-Watch-2020-V1, T-Watch-2020-V2) and there is not board specific for V3. In the previous version the board was the ...

So the problem was solved?
We released a minor fix that disable alarm when not active, we think this was the cause of the problem

We believe in some devices the alarm has some invalid values when not configured.
Could you run into the "Alarm" app, enable the alarm and then disable it? The problem remains?
