Re: Timezone help

We tried various combinations of time zones (-4, +4, +3, 0) and DST (0, 1) and the time was set fine for all cases. With every change we synced the time. Keep in mind that TZ and DST are two different things. TZ is the global "Time Zone" for your country and is fixed DST is the "Dayli...

Re: Bluetooth Notifications don't work

Sorry, we unfortunately found no way to wake up the watch when receiving notifications because when the watch is sleeping, Bluetooth is disabled. The idea was that by receiving a notification on the cellphone you can take a quick look at the watch. We know it's not perfect, but it's worth something :)

Re: Timezone help

Hi I assume you have set your time zone in the Settings tab on the portal and then have generated and installed the latest firmware version on the watch There is an option in the clock's "Settings" app labeled "Time." This option synchronizes the time with the configured time zon...

Re: Can't connect to wifi

The length of the buffer for SSID and password is 20, including the NULL ending character , so there are 19 characters left for the text. If you have a password with 20 characters the code is leaking the buffer and throwing an exception. We never had such a long password in mind, sorry. We increased...

Re: Can't connect to wifi

We tried the SSID "AbCd_X Bb..1234567" (18 characters length) with letters, numbers, spaces, underscores and periods, and all works fine.

Re: Can't connect to wifi

That's right, there is no version change because the adjustment is simple. When we have several new changes and improvements we will generate a new version. We tested again the connection to a SSID with a combination of "spaces" and "_" and everything works fine. Note that our SS...

Re: Can't connect to wifi

We have finished multiple tests on WiFi connections with or without spaces in the SSID, and it works fine. The only problem detected was the timeout time for the connection. We had a timeout time of 10 seconds and in some cases it was not enough, producing the "Password error" message. We ...
